    [For Emergency Evacuation]

    ・In the case of tsunami evacuation, climb the stairs to the top of the tower. Do not stop on the stairs.
    ・Provide assistance to other evacuees.
    ・Give priority to wheelchair-users and disabled persons when using the ramps.
    ・Tsunamis occur repeatedly. Do not leave the evacuation tower until the evacuation order has been lifted.
    ・Solar-powered lights with emergency power supplies are installed in the case of a power outage.
    ・Benches on the tower store water, food, and portable toilets for emergency use.
    ・Radios are also installed on the top of the tower for emergency communication purposes.

    [For Leisure Use]

    ・The top of the tower is a fall hazard. Do not step on, climb, or lean over the railings.
    ・Do not throw things out of the tower.
    ・Bicycles and motorcycles are prohibited.
    ・Roller-skates, skateboards, and ball games are also prohibited.
    ・Fires are strictly prohibited in this area. This include bonfires, campfires, and cigarette lighters.
    ・Be careful for slippery surfaces in rainy and snowy weather.
    ・Refrain from yelling, shouting, or otherwise disturbing the local area.
    ・No littering.
    ・The city shall not be liable for any injuries or accidents on the property.
    ・In the event of damage due to negligence or intentional misconduct, the city may charge the responsible party for the cost     of   repairs.

    海啸避难塔的利用

    (紧急时的利用)

    避难之际切勿在原地停留,请走向塔的最上层避难。
    避难之际要互相协助前往避难。
    缓坡通道要让坐轮椅者等行动不方便者优先使用。
    海啸会有多次反复,在没有确保安全之前,请停留在避难场地。
    为防止夜间停电,设置有太阳能照明(有紧急电源)
    设置在避难塔的长凳内,存放有饮用水,食品,简易厕所。
    设置了数码简易对讲机以作紧急时联络使用。

    (平常时的使用)

    为防止事故发生,请不要攀登栏杆。
    切勿将东西从高处扔下。
    不要将自行车,摩托车等停放在避难塔用地内。
    不要在此玩球类,滑轮,滑板。
    严禁吸烟,篝火等烟火。
    在降雨,降雪时容易滑倒,要注意脚下安全。
    不要大声喧哗,以免给近邻带来困扰。
    请将自身的垃圾带走。
    在公园内的负伤,事故等的一切责任由自己负责。
    如不遵守注意事项,或故意破坏设施的话,有可能被要求负担实际修理费用。
