For foreign nationals who worry about their illegal stay ～ 出頭申告のご案内 ～

　出入国在留管理庁では、「在留特別許可に係るガイドライン」の改訂等を通じ、不法滞在で悩んでいる外国人の方が地方出入国在留管理官署に出頭しやすい環境を整備し、自発的な出頭を促しています。

　The Immigration Services Agency seeks to create an environment that will

 encourage foreign nationals who worry about their illegal stay to voluntarity appear at

a regional immigration office, by publiczing the departure order system and revising

the "Guidelines for Special Permission to Stay".

　出入國在留管理庁通過對出境命令制度進行宣傅及對【有關居留特別許可的指導方針】進行修訂等，力求爲因非法滞留而苦惱的外國人創造便於到地方出入國在留管理官署自首環境，促進其積極自首。
